James Yang, Cheif Executive Officer

James Yang brings to Kysonix a 15-year track record of excellence in academics and industrial experience in semiconductors, IC, microelectronics, MEMS sensor, photonic devices and optical telecommunications, in both major corporations and in start-ups.

After his early research at the National Superconductivity Research Laboratory at the Chinese Academy of Science, Yang joined Midwest Superconductivity, Inc. (U.S.), and applied his knowledge of this advanced technology to commercial markets.  Later, he joined the Washington Technology Center's micro-fabrication laboratory in Seattle, Washington., advancing to the position of senior R&D engineer for Xilinx, Inc.(U.S.)

Mr Yang has published over 30 professional papers on semiconductors devices and processes, MEMS and optical systems, and holds 6 patents. Mr Yang is highly regarded by, and well-connected to, many levels of government and industrial organizations in China.

James Yang has a MS degree in physics from the Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, and another MS in electrical engineering from the University of Washington, Seattle, and worked on his doctoral program in electrical engineering at Stanford University.

David Ming Liu, Chief Operating Officer

Mr.David Ming Liu has more than 13 years solid experience in sales, marketing, and management in the IT industry from USA, Hongkong, and China. He entered the computer industry in LA, USA in 1992, then moved back to Hongkong in 1995 and joined a Hongkong public-listed company working as Vice President for sales and marketing for six years. He travelled to more than thirty different countries for business and successfully set up distribution channels worldwide. In 2001, he set up his own company in Hongkong and China. Within less than two years his company became the top notch DVD drive distributor in Hongkong and with customers all over the world. Mr. Liu obtained his undergraduate degree in Business Administration (BBA) from Western Oregon University in 1992 and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Atkinson Graduate School of Management, Willamette University, in Salem, Oregon in 1994. He was enrolled to the Faculty of Business, City University of Hong Kong as a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) candidate in 2006. His thesis research areas include innovation management, strategic management, and M&A.

Lin Lei，Chief Financial Officer

Lin Lei, Certified Public Accountant. She has many years financial management experience, makes financial quantifiable analysis for enterprise manufacture and operation activities and provides best timing financial information for decision-makers. She has acted as CFO in lots of companies and organized company financial management, cost management, budget management, accounting audit, accounting oversight and inventory controlling etc. She sets investment &financing plans and participates in the analysis and decision-making for important economic activities of the company.

Dr. Hongbing Liu, Chief Technology Officer

Dr Hongbing Liu brings to Lionax over 15 years of research and development expertise in Microelectro-mechanical systems (MEMS) design and fabrication,  nanotechnology, semiconductor surface chemistry, ultra-high vacuum systems design(UHV), Scanning Probe Microscopy (SPM). He graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a doctoral degree in Semiconductor Chemistry in 1998. Since then he has served in leading research and development positions for corporations and research institutions such as AtoFina Chemicals, Inc., Philadelphia, Berkeley Mircofabricaiton Lab, Microelectro-mechanical systems (MEMS) and nanotechnology, and Adriatic Research Institute, Berkeley.

Yun Long Min，VP R&D

Mr. Min has 18 years experience in electronics products R&D. He holds Bachelor degree and is good at electronic products design, embedded software and hardware design etc.

JianYun Yang，VP Productions

Mr.Yang Jian Yun is a veteran in industry products design. He acted as manufacture manager in Gree Electric Appliance Inc. for 8 year and worked as mechanical designer in USA for many years.
