James Yang, Chief Executive Officer

James Yang brings to Kysonix a 15-year track record of excellence in academics and industrial experience in semiconductors, IC, microelectronics, MEMS sensor, photonic devices and optical telecommunications, in both major corporations and in start-ups.

After his early research at the National Superconductivity Research Laboratory at the Chinese Academy of Science, Yang joined Midwest Superconductivity, Inc. (U.S.), and applied his knowledge of this advanced technology to commercial markets.  Later, he joined the Washington Technology Center's micro-fabrication laboratory in Seattle, Washington., advancing to the position of senior R&D engineer for Xilinx, Inc.(U.S.)

Mr. Yang has published over 30 professional papers on semiconductors devices and processes, MEMS and optical systems, and holds 6 patents. Mr. Yang is highly regarded by, and well-connected to, many levels of government and industrial organizations in China.

James Yang has a MS degree in physics from the Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, and another MS in electrical engineering from the University of Washington, Seattle, and worked on his doctoral program in electrical engineering at Stanford University.

Mike Lin,Chief Operational Officier

Mike Lin, , Executive Deputy General Manager. He has more than 20 years experience in IT business management and modern enterprise management. He has ever acted as Deputy General Manager and General Manager etc. in the large and medium-sized private enterprise in the Pearl River Delta Region. He has rich experience for the company comprehensive operation and guided the operation and maintenance for GP system and the quality system such as ISO9001 and ISO14000 etc. successfully. He is quite familiar with Modern enterprise managerial principle and can lead the team to operate the enterprise very well.

Mr. Kevin Chen, General Manager Assistant

He has more than 20 years management experience in the automotive industries and enterprises. Before joining Lionax, he has ever served in Beijing as the following positions: Vice President of Management Consulting Company, General Manager of the Automobile Parts Company, Lead Auditor of German Certification Audit Institutions (china office).And he also has more than ten years working and management experience in the joint venture automotive vehicle enterprises.

Jason Lim, VP Marketing

Jason Lim, aged 49, is an Executive Director. Mr. Lim has over 25 years of senior business management experience. Mr. Lim is also a partner at Vestasia, an international investment bank. Prior to that, Mr. Lim was the founder and CEO of IRIS Inc, a data management company specializing in outsourcing clinical and regulatory data processing services for major pharmaceutical corporations like Pfizer Corporation.
Mr. Lim has worked closely with the major financial companies, trust groups, insurance companies, global pharmaceutical corporations and biotechnology companies to design and implement high productivity systems for clinical data management, FDA regulatory management and derivative portfolio management. Mr. Lim began his career as a formulation chemist for Hernon Manufacturing Inc. He graduated from State University of New York at Buffalo with a B.S. in Chemistry and spent one year at Pace University Lubin Graduate School of Business.

Steve Luo, VP of Manufacturing

MBA Degree, Experienced National Registered Auditor. He has more than ten years experience in quality control system (ISO), supply chain management (SCM) and HR management. He has ever acted as production director and Special Assistant to GM etc. in big Hong Kong company, American Co. and private enterprise in the Pearl River Delta Region. He is good at manufacture management, on-site control and carrying out the enterprise objective management and system management such as ISO system, SCM, ERP etc. to standardize the overall management for the factory.

Richard Liu, Chief Technology Officer

He obtained Bachelor/Master Degree from Wuhan University with Electronics Major. He acted as Senior Engineer and Top Management in the high tech company in Canada and China.

Sebastian Wagnitz, Before joining Lionax, Mr. Wagnitz was cofounder and director of a marketing and sales company for luxury consumer products, where he successfully set there business development, setup worldwide distribution channels and oversaw other key areas. He began his career for working in the automotive supplier industry with customers like BMW, Mercedes and Volkswagen in different functions. Mr. Wagnitz holds a diploma in Industrial Engineering and Management from the University of Applied Sciences Berlin.

Yun Long Min，VP R&D

Mr. Min has 18 years experience in electronics products R&D. He holds Bachelor degree and is good at electronic products design, embedded software and hardware design etc.
