James Yang, aged 42, is the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officer and one of the founding individuals of the Company and Kysonix. Mr. Yang brings to the Company and Kysonix 15 years of broad industrial experience and outstanding academic record in semiconductor devices, MEMS process, IC design and micro-device modeling engineering. He worked in several companies in Silicon Valley, USA, such as Pericom Semiconductor Corp. as a Device Modeling and IC design Engineer, and Xilinx Inc. as a Senior IC Design Engineer (FPGA). He co-founded a startup company in 2000 and was funded with millions USD from a Venture capital fund to develop optical components using MEMS technology at Stanford facilities. In 2003 he established his own company Lionax Inc. in Silicon Valley focus on automotive electronics, MEMS pressure sensor and TPMS product. In March 2005, he founded Kysonix Inc. in China for volume production alliance. Mr. Yang holds M.S. degree of Physics from the Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Science (1992), M.S. of Electrical Engineering from University of Washington (Seattle, 1995), and he joined the Ph.D. program in Electrical Engineering of Stanford University in 1998. |

Jason Lim, aged 49, is an Executive Director. Mr. Lim has over 25 years of senior business management experience. Mr. Lim is also a partner at Vestasia, an international investment bank. Prior to that, Mr. Lim was the founder and CEO of IRIS Inc, a data management company specializing in outsourcing clinical and regulatory data processing services for major pharmaceutical corporations like Pfizer Corporation.
Mr. Lim has worked closely with the major financial companies, trust groups, insurance companies, global pharmaceutical corporations and biotechnology companies to design and implement high productivity systems for clinical data management, FDA regulatory management and derivative portfolio management. Mr. Lim began his career as a formulation chemist for Hernon Manufacturing Inc. He graduated from State University of New York at Buffalo with a B.S. in Chemistry and spent one year at Pace University Lubin Graduate School of Business. |

William Daniel (Danny) Stewart, aged 58, is an Executive Director of the Company. Mr. Stewart is bringing over thirty years of experiences selling Chinese products to North America. Mr. Stewart is also a founder and partner of SPI-Global, a product development company currently marketing to the Recreational Vehicle, Manufactured and Modular Housing markets in the United States. Prior to that, Mr. Stewart was a Director and Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing for Catalina Lighting (a NYSE company). During Mr. Stewart's ten year tenure Catalina grew from a small $25 million public company (traded on the OTC board) to a $188 million NYSE listed company. Mr. Stewart attended Appalachian State University and Florida Southern College with majors in Business Administration and Accounting. |

Raymond Tong Jiang, aged 46, is the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Jiang is a veteran in the Chinese automobile industry. Graduated from one of the country's leading in automobile programs at the Hefei University of Technology, he worked at the Jiangxi Provincial Ministry of Transportation as an auto engineer. Subsequently he joined an MBA program from Fudan University in Shanghai. Since then he has held senior management position in the Chinese Customs and in various corporations in Zhuhai.
Currently, apart from being a Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Jiang is also director of Goldbridge International Investment Group Ltd. and Hong Kong Yujin Investment Ltd. |

Dr. Zhiping Yu is a non-executive independent Director of the Company. Dr. Yu presently is a professor and deputy director in the Institute of Microelectronics, Tsinghua University, Beijing, China. From 1989 to 2002, he has been a senior research scientist in the Department of Electrical Engineering in Stanford University, USA, while serving as the faculty member in Tsinghua. Between 2003 and 2005, he held Pericom (San Jose, USA) Microelectronics Professorship and from 2006 on (for three years) he holds Novellus (San Jose, USA) Microelectronics Professorship.
Dr Yu graduated from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, in 1967 with B.S. degree. He received M.S. and Ph. D degrees from Stanford University, Stanford, CA, U.S.A. in 1980, and 1985, respectively.
Dr. Yu is a senior member of IEEE and served as the Associate Editor of IEEE Trans. CAD of IC & Systems (ICCAD) from 1996 to 2005. He is the member of Modeling and Simulation Subcommittee for 2006 IEDM and the member of program committee for SISPAD 2006 and ASP-DAC ‘07. He now serves as member of IEEE EDS Nanotechnology Committee from 2006. |

Dr. Wenbin Zhou, aged 47, is non-executive independent Director of the Company, and presently a President and Professor of Nanchang University. Professor Zhou has also been the doctorial advisor and honorary Doctor of UK Universities. Previously Professor Zhou was the president of College of East China Science and Technology. Well known for his excellence in discipline of hydrogeology and environment engineering, he was elected as honorary chairman of Jiangxi Geology Association and editor of Journal Hydrogeology and Engineering Geology. He is also the member of China Association of Science and Technology. As one of UNESCO Project sponsors on emergency groundwater employment and management, Zhou Wenbin's contributions have been acknowledged and thus he was appointed as Asian regional project coordinator, responsible for isotope Hydrogeology research by World Nuclear Organization. |

Dr. Yingqi Xia 19 years of senior management experience in Chinese government including Ministry of Finance, China National Investment & Guarantee Co., China Embassy in USA, Beijing Municipal Government. 9 years senior executive management experience in Chinese financial industry and broad knowledge on international finance. 5 years working experience with World Bank projects in china including project preparation, appraisal, negotiation, and implementation. Close connection with senior officials of Chinese central bank, major national banks, and central government agencies such as State Development & Reform Commission, Ministry of Finance. Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering from renowned engineering school in Canada. B.S. degree in mechanical engineering from one of top engineering schools in China.
