On the morning of June 3, 2008, Dutch renowned Vehold Group President Mr. Verweij and their subsidiary TCOMM Corporation CEO Mr. Pruijssers and Chief Engineer Mr. Dumitriu arrived at Kysonix to specially visit and discuss for technical and business cooperation. They are warmly welcomed by Kysonix top management team (Chairman and General Manager James Yang, COO & CMO David Liu, Executive Assistant to CEO Lewis Liu). James Yang made the comprehensive introduction to the visitors, including Kysonix production, R&D and sales and then accompanied them to visit the product showroom and the assembly line. After listening to the introduction and visiting, Mr. Verweij, Vehold President stated that Kysonix has the international first-class management team and R&D strength, it is one of the several companies which can develop TPMS and MEMS pressure chips independently. They are very confident for mutual technical and business cooperation. Kysonix has great and broad development prospects in future, Vehold is willing to make investment for new products development cooperation. Finally, the two parties signed the agreement for establishing a new joint venture company by using Kysonix technical advantage and Vehold will produce their products (Tracking and Tracing System) in Nanchang to reduce the cost.

James Yang from Lionax International (Kysonix) will act as the chairman of the new joint venture company and Peter Pruijssers from TCOMM - Vehold will be the general manager. In the new company Lionax shall hold 51% of the shares while Vehold 49%. At present the new joint venture company is under registration in Hongkong.
