(Nanchang, China, 28/9/2007): Jan H. Verweij, President of an important European monitoring and GPS tracing system manufacturer company (Vehold Group) for special truck visited Kysonix today. CEO James Yang and COO Sam Yu of Kysonix joined the meeting today. Both parties expressed their interesting to start with long term cooperation on Kysonix's TPMS and other business, and agreed the cooperation can be divided into four parts:

1. To integrate Kysonix's TPMS system in Vehold's truck and tracing system using GPS.

2. To do the distribution of Kysonix TPMS products for Europe with the head quarters in Rotterdam or Zoetermeer and invest in marketing and sales.

3. Vehold offers the same to Kysonix to do the distribution of Vehold systems in Asia, U.S . and the rest of the world with the exception of Europe.

4.To reduce cost, Vehold is willing to bring the production of its systems for manufacturing in Kysonix factory.

A NDA was signed by both parties, and further cooperation detail is under discussion.
