Highlights of James Yang's Press Release in Paris

Lionax is a leading high tech company specializing on Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) and Digital Pressure Sensor (DPS).

TREAD Act in U.S. mandates that all new passenger vehicles and light trucks be equipped with TPMS by 2008. This creates a huge market for the new TPMS industry. Roughly speaking, there are 200 million vehicles in the U.S. and 20 million new ones every year. TPMS is also said to be the third auto safety product that U.S. laws mandates after safety belt and airbag.

Digital Pressure Sensor is the core component in TPMS, in terms of cost and performance. Beyond TPMS, it has wide applications in other industries like medical, industrial, military, electronics and etc. It is estimated that total pressure sensor industry has an annual market size of 9 billion US dollars.

Lionax was founded by James Yang, a Stanford University trained scientist. In 2004, James Yang gave up his comfortable high paying job in Silicon Valley, USA to return to China to pursue opportunities in TPMS and DPS. Currently, Lionax and its wholly-owned affiliate Kysonix have a team of over 80 members, with over 10 R&D engineers with PhD, master and bachelor degrees from renowned university in the U.S. and China. Lionax plan to double its R&D force in 2007. Currently, Lionax has R&D office in Silicon Valley, USA and manufacturing base in Nanchang, China. There is also plan to open a new office in South China in near future.

For TPMS business, Lionax has a very competitive product line in the industry which fully complies with TREAD Act and meets customer needs affordably. Lionax products have just started entering both OE and Aftermarket in the U.S. in 2007.

For Digital Pressure Sensor, Lionax is using its patented technology to design the next generation sensor. This new design is fundamentally different from what the industry is using today and will bring superior performance at low cost. The new sensor is expected to launch in 2008.

TPMS is also becoming a popular subject in China. Chinese government is drafting its TPMS standards and will announce it in late 2007 or 2008. This development will greatly promote TPMS industry in China, the world’s fastest growing auto market. Lionax is in best position to benefit from it. As a matter of fact, Lionax is in negotiation with several key Chinese auto makers in anticipation of favorable market dynamics.

Lionax recently launch a new model in its TPMS product line. The product, by the name of “Pressure Eye”, will help to penetrate the low end TPMS market, as well as the huge motorcycle market. It is expected to be a great addition to Lionax family of TPMS products.

Lionax is actively looking for M&A opportunity. This will help Lionax grow faster and bring good value to shareholders. Several excellent candidates have been identified and announcement will be made when the right time comes.
