Kysonix, Lionax's fully-owned subsidiary, recently renewed the Certificate of Approval of ISO/TS16949 from Bureau Veritas Certification (formerly known as BVQI). In September, Bureau Veritas auditors visited Kysonix factory for two days and conducted detailed analysis of Kysonix management system and working processes. Kysonix initially obtained the Bureau Veritas certification in 2006 and successfully passed annual audit for 2007.
This successful renewal of Bureau Veritas ISO/TS16949 certificate highlights Lionax's consistent achievement in building a world-class automotive electronics company. It also demonstrates Lionax's commitment meeting international standards in corporate governance. In addition to management system certification by Bureau Veritas, Lionax's financial report was audited by BDO International, the world's fifth largest accounting firm, headquartered in New York.
Bureau Veritas is founded in 1828, with headquarters in Paris. Bureau Veritas is the world leader helping clients comply with standards and regulations relating to Quality, Health & Safety, Environment and Social Responsibility.
