On Jan 19, 2007, the first board meeting of Jiangxi Kysonix Inc. was held in the meeting room of Zhejiang University Science Park . 2 directors, 3 supervisors and top management attended the conference without voting rights. The meeting was presided by vice president Mr.Xue. "2006 annual summary" and "2007 working plan and arrangement" was given by CEO , and the 2006 final and 2007 budget, presented by CFO, were discussed in the meeting. Directors expressed their own opinions on the works of last year, which is the second year for company development. They discussed widely about the problems and difficulties they had met. The management team also suggested possible improvements, including the objects and performances evaluation of each department.
　　　At the end of the meeting, CEO Mr. Yang made a conclusion. He expected the whole management team to seize the opportunity, focus on the operation, manufacture and management to achieve the fast development goals.
