Kysonix restructured in the latter half of 2006 by introducing new strategy investors from USA and UK, rebuilding the Board meeting, and recruiting new management team. This helped improve Kysonix development and business. The 2nd Session first board meeting was held on April 11th, 2007, subsequently management team meeting. The development direction was discussed and planned. The company will focus on developing automotive electronics, especially in filling the blank of domestic auto MEMS and IC. The board and management team have the confidence for the future and will make more investment.
